BIBLE PHONICS PLUS (BPP) FAQ’s

1.         WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SUBMIT AN ORDER?

There are various stages in the process between confirming your purchase and receiving your items. Throughout the process, we try to keep you up to date with a series of emails:

  1. ORDER CONFIRMATION: This e-mail provides a summary of all the items on your order, and confirms the payment was processed successfully. If you want to do any changes on your order, this is the right time! Call 8889809507 and we will help you.

B.   PREPARING FOR SHIPMENT: Our fulfillment center will start preparing your order. If the order is received before noon EST, it will ship that same day. Otherwise it may ship the next business day.

  1. ORDER SHIPPED: The carrier picks the order and provides us with a tracking number. We will send you an email with that information. Please note that sometimes it may take few hours for the tracking number to become active.

2.        WHAT IS THE GENERAL TIME FRAME FOR DELIVERY OF AN ORDER?

Bible Phonics Plus (BPP) will endeavor to deliver or activate the Product within seven (7) days of order acceptance.

3.        IF I SUBMIT ORDERS FOR MULTIPLE PRODUCTS WILL I RECEIVE THEM ALL AT THE SAME TIME?

If multiple products are ordered, BPP reserves the right to deliver or activate each product separately.

4.        CAN I CALL TO MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We can change your order details before you receive the email "Order Preparation Confirmation". Sometimes we may be able to change it before we send you the shipping confirmation email, but it may be impossible because this means stopping the operations to find your packing slip or your package in a pile with many others. If you have a change to make, please call us as soon as possible!

5.       WHAT ARE BPP’s HOURS OF OPERATION?

Bible Phonics Plus On-Line Shop is available 24/7.

If you need help with your order, you can call Bible Phonics Plus at 888-980-9507.The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 5:00 PM (except on public holidays).

6.         WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AT THE BPP SHOP?

The BPP Shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal as well as offline payments. To ensure your payment is processed successfully, here are some common errors to avoid:

  1. TROUBLESHOOTING AT CHECKOUT: Make sure you have the correct Card Type, Account Number (no spaces or dashes) and Security Code. If your credit card at checkout is not accepted but everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer's customer service number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.

  2. BILLING ADDRESS: Please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the number on the back of your credit card to confirm.

  3. DAILY SPENDING LIMITS FOR DEBIT CARDS: Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order, even if there is enough money in an account. When using a debit card, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having trouble placing your order.

7.         DOES BPP SHOP CHARGE SALES TAX?

Prices displayed on our site are exclusive of taxes. Final sales tax will be calculated and charged on checkout. Sales tax is added for items shipping to some states only. Rates vary depending on your county.

8.         HOW DOES BPP SHOP SHIP PRODUCTS?

BPP Shop ships products every business day. Every order received by noon EST will be processed for shipping that same business day.If the order is processed after noon EST, or we had a big volume of orders, your items may be shipped the following business day.

9.         TO WHERE DOES BPP SHOP SHIP?

BPP Shop can ship items to any part of the world. There are different shipping methods available based on shipping address. You will see these options at checkout.

Sorry, we are not able to ship to Military, APO or FPO addresses.

10.       WHAT ARE THE FACTORS THAT DECIDE PAYMENT OF SHIPPING & HANDLING?

Your shipping and handling rates will be calculated at checkout and will be based on product weight and address location.

 

11.       IF BPP DELIVERS A PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS TO ME BY MISTAKE, WHAT MUST I DO?

If BPP delivers a Product or an amount of a Product that you did not order or activates a Product on your device by mistake, you shall immediately inform BPP of its mistake by email via sales@biblephonicsplus.com and you shall, at BPP’s request, immediately arrange for the return of the Product (the costs of which shall be met by BPP).

Bear in mind that acceptance of a non-ordered Product or amount of a Product does not relieve you from acceptance and payment of the Product you initially ordered, unless otherwise agreed with Bible Phonics Plus.

 

12.       WHAT ARE THE RISKS INVOLVED SHOULD BPP DELIVER A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

The risk of loss or damage to the Products will pass to you at the moment the Products leave the BPP Shop.
If you refuse or neglect to take delivery of the Products, BPP reserves the right to charge you up to the full order value.

If delivery to you should fail for any reason outside of BPP’s control, BPP reserves the right to cancel the purchase agreement and refund any moneys paid.

13. When was Bible Phonics Plus developed/how long has it been in existence? 

Bible Phonics Plus has been in development for the past four (4) years and will be available from November 2016.

14. Where did the idea originate? 

It was the brain child of Christian parents who wanted to teach their children reading through a scientific approach while using the Bible as the base.

15. Are the workbooks/consumables available to be purchased separately?  

(For a large home school family or for a classroom setting etc.)Presently no... but we will be looking into this in the near future.

 

16. Is/Are there Bible Phonics app/apps that can be purchased and downloaded onto a device already own?

No. The apps come Pre-loaded onto the tablets.

 

17. Is there a teachers/parent manual for lessons? (I believe this is different than the user's guide). Teachers are looking for a way to easily integrate it into their classroom/current curriculum they are using etc.  

There is a user's guide that is designed for both Teachers and Parents/Grandparents. You can find our User's Guide on the tablet itself and it can be viewed also on the website.

 

18. Is Bible Phonics Plus available in other languages?

No, not yet.

19. Is this product available in a specific Bible version?

No. We have used the most frequently-used and commonly-accepted Bible versions that are appropriate to the phonics lessons we teach.

20. Is there a discount offered for multiple units purchased?

Yes. Discounts are given when you purchase more than five (5) units.
